Amber
Rosenberg is a professional life coach who helps high achieving
working mothers manage guilt and stress and
re-define success
on their
own terms.
After 12 years struggling to create her own work/life
balance in the corporate and non-profit worlds, she is passionate
about helping women actively choose how they want to spend their
time. A popular speaker and frequently interviewed for national print,
TV and radio media outlets, Amber co-authored the book Inspiration
to Realization with a chapter on "How to Manage Your Love/Hate
Relationship with Time".
Amber's clients report that they are better able to effect change and accomplish goals. In addition, her clients enjoy increased self-esteem, improved communication skills, enhanced relationships, better work/life balance and less stress. Amber completed her coaching education with the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA, the first school accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and she is an active member of the ICF.
She graduated cum laude from the University of Vermont with a bachelor's degree in women's studies and psychology. In addition, she is a member of the Phi Eta Sigma International Honor Society and the Golden Key International Honor Society.
Amber has lived in Boston, France, Vermont, and Australia and she currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and partner in fun. In her free time, Amber practices Ashtanga yoga and had the good fortune of studying under Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, the person who introduced Ashtanga yoga to the U.S. Amber also enjoy Pilates, hiking, rollerblading, reading and traveling.
